Gomez should have dealt with it initially so the incident never happens but, when they come together, Awoniyi actually pulls Gomez back first. Should have been our freekick. Obviously, the referee is never giving it that way though.

Clearly offside at the end too when they hit the post of a open goal.

 

If this happened I'd be made up. It would be exceptionally funny.

 

All I’d say if thank god alisson is still in some form. Swap him for any other keeper this season and we don’t beat city. Don’t beat west ham. And we’d be just above relegation zone.

Harsh to blame to CB for us not scoring. Salah is paid 350k a week and stood in the middle surrounded by 5 forest defenders all game. Not once did he look to move wide to find some space.

Called it at start of game, why we playing Milner in a game that going to dominate possession and need some creativity against a team that was always going to sit back and defend then hit on counter.

Can only think a few of these players are carrying some sort of injuries as just don’t look at it. Fabinho has been awful all season, on and off the ball. Are they carrying knocks but outing themselves out on the pitch because have no other options?

This teams needs a major rebuild in the summer.

Gk - Ali / Keller fine.
rb - TAA Ramsay should be fine
lb - Robbo tsimikas fine
cb - Gomez Konate vvd Matip. Should be fine but if keep getting injuries we might look to move Matip on and get replacement?

dm - fab and no one. Needs big player ready made first teamed here with energy.
lcm - thiago / Jones / carvahlo. Could do with big name there.
rcm - Hendo / Elliott. Again need another here. Or at least someone that can cover mulitple

lw - diaz. Need another there with some real pace.
cf - Jota Nunez. Fine there I think
rw - Salah. Need another there to proper chsllenge.

So I think we need minimum 2 cm and a right and left winger who are first team ready with energy and speed. Get around the pitch and move with the ball.

Problem is looking at 200m minimum really for those 4.

Keits, ox, firmino Milner all go on freebie.
Problem is not much value to sell on fringe players. So owners need to dig deep

 

Beat City then lose to Forest - it can only be down to desire and attitude. Forest weren't even all that good.

One of the worst performances this season. Wrong attitude from the start. No intensity, lots of sideways passing, playing right in front of their defence, not enough urgency, missing clear chances. Klopp needs to drum his demands into these players or is his voice in the dressing room losing its power?

 

Missed the game and not sure I want to see it. Our best two players from the west ham game weren’t even on the bench, we’re they injured?
