How long have you been away from the UK? I went over for a quick visit in February. I'd forgotten what it was like to cold. I froze my knackers off.We've got the fire burning here because it's WINTER
Had to go back feb/ march it's not warm at all. I landed in Manchester, of all places, in shorts and a shirt and had to wait for a bus to take me to the hire car place, I was not a happy mongrel when I got to the desk !!!!
At least it was cold so you never had any problem with anything showing below your shorts. When I went back we had been living in Townsville and had no cold weather gear at all, not even a jumper.
