A few years ago, on the old BBC 606 Forum, the champion tipster was undoubtedly a man called Galaxy. He was The Sorcerer. To the disappointment of many here on the successor to the old forum, not606, Galaxy vanished into the mystical world of Facebook and Twitter. However, a fellow Irishman, The Sorcerer's Apprentice, took over, known here as ROTO. In his learning curve as Galaxy's apprentice, he has had his blips, but these are more than compensated by his astonishing, and regular, long-priced winners, for example, the latest one, Bob. Each one of his selections is accompanied by a reasoned and lengthy analysis in support of his recommendation. Yesterday, The Sorcerer's Apprentice became of age and is now, rightly, the Forum Champ. Galaxy would be proud of him.
Moral of the story. Never trust a word uttered by one of those (even retired) saddle monkeys. Outstanding tip, ROTO.
Quick question for the Board boy. Do you think Steps will be back in Yorkshire on Saturday for the âPortlandâ?!? Iâm hoping he is, and runs off his welter burden, so as to keep the weights down. Nudge, nudge, wink, wink, say no more...
Nah, I don't think so. I think they will get him into the stalls at home for a few lessons. Perhaps a trip to the opticians too.
You’re right Steps doesn’t go. Bit disappointing as it now makes, my fancy, SMOOTHTALKINRASCAL top weight. Although in saying that it’s a pretty compressed range as there is only 7 lbs between the lot of them. I’m off to peruse the market and may, just may, dip my toe in it...
