I, as I'm sure a lot of you do, often use 'Charlton' or related words as my Password for things like Facebook, Work, or even as a 'Safety Word' for Casual S and M (Blue Harbour as I like to call it)

With that in mind, surely, on a Forum like this, with so may Charlton fans in one place, we must all have guessable Passwords?

So... What do you think each others Passwords are?

Not those that actually care about their internet security <ok>

Having a password based off of something you like is almost as bad as setting it to a pets name, or god forbid.. "password".

(Guess who on this forum has done work on this kind of thing)

And yes, I did have to ruin a fun topic by being serious.

Most people tend to share passwords across almost everything (Which is a bad idea no matter how good the password is). So if they got into your not606, they could then get into your email, then paypal, etc.

But to answer your question, they could post your adoration of Pardew on these boards resulting in you getting lynched. <ok>

Hmm yeah. I have four or five passwords, and I keep the strongest ones for my email etc and the weak ones for sites like this.

Are you saying I shouldn't mention that this is my favourite song/video?

What would someone do if they managed to hack into my not606 account?

I would assume as with all sites the biggest risk is going to be your email address, particularly any one that uses a sole email address rather than multiple ones. I'm sure that needs no further explanation. I believe some people do not take their internet security seriously enough and I have recently found two sources completely unrelated to not606 that breached people's data. I just hope those same people do not use the same passwords for their internet banking if they were hacked <laugh>

Whilst on the topic, I am amazed by the number of people I have seen that have had their twitter accounts hacked, although I am uncertain to what level of detail is obtain from it.

Mike Ashley would pay a handsome sum for that address!

If everyone knew you were a Charlton fan, then the most secure password would probably be 'Palace' or 'Millwall'!

My other email is [email protected]. AllHell offered me £50 cash money for it. I might sell it to him, once I change the address on my CV and bank account etc to the pardew one.

Crikey your not joking either are you IA <doh>

By the way, thanks for the automatic transferred cash loan <laugh><ok>
