£1m for Davies would have been nice, but I still think we'll have him for around £2m if he does come. Compared to the £3.5m in the summer, that looks pretty good.
news now and twitter are suggesting Hooper, Becchio and Davies. I would not be too annoyed atvthis lot as youve got two goal scorers (both in or around 20 this season in all comps) and a decent centre half
Looks like we're offer Stoke £5m plus Mackie for Crouch if the latest load of rumour tosh is to be believed. Don't want to see Mackie leave at all but I would have thought he would fit in well with you lot?

The BIG plus is us getting £1m for Morison! And Becchio if it comes off. Can't beleive that! Someone actually wanting to pay us for Morison and give us a decent player in return! Awesome business! I would, help morison pack his belongings, sell his house, sort out the utility bills etc, arrange a new house in leeds and drive him there myself!
It's odd, because loads of Leeds fans on twitter think we're the fools for letting Moro go so cheaply! I actually think it's probably reasonable business for both clubs. Kamara is only meant to cost ~£1m, so we'd be able to get Becchio and Kamara for Morison, which is pretty good. Bring in Davies and hopefully Wolfie and I'll be happy. Could probably let Kane go back to Spurs too if all of that came off. 4 transfers in 36hrs is one hell of an effort though!
Kamara sort of reminds me of adebayor in his attributes and movement. Depending on our opposition, he could be an excellent addition... That ones a wait and see for me.
Well, how much of a formality is a work permit? Football Manager would suggest they're impossible to get, but I'm assuming that for PL teams in real life it's just a case of completing the paperwork?
Yeah, I kinda get that feeling too. We've known about it for a while, and we've not heard anything of negotiations. Kansas' new signing saying he was leaving was a good indication too! I really can't see the fee being much more than £1.5m, so if it's a mistake, it's not an expensive one. There should be little pressure on him too, unlike Hooper/VWW/Becchio.
I heard his contract meant he can walk free. MLS is different from Europe, think you go directly to MLS regarding transfers. Whatever it is it won't be a lot
