I just saw that, Morison may be a slightly better player, but his form recently seems to suggest he needs a change of scenery. Still, us getting money from Leeds would be hilarious.
If were getting cash plus becchio for moro, could we see 3 strikers in coming with the apparent deal for kamara done??
In short Bechioo for Morison plus 1m - Yes Please Kei Kamara - Complete Mystery, why not Hooper - Wouldn't say no! Lets not forget the possibility of Kane being returned to Spurs plus Jackson going to Wolves (as rumoured) That makes our potential Strikeforce Holt Hooper Becchio Kamara 2 big lads, 2 little lads. Looks pretty healthy to me.
Hughton must know he needs to sign someone of hoopers ilk and quality. Would be disappointed if we only get kamara and becchio upfront!
If it comes off it's a freshening up of the attack plus adding the quality of hooper, who will get goals.
Becchio appeals to me because I've seen him play quite a few times. He's a good forward. "cost less than berbatov, and he scores more goals"
I'll be happy with Becchio although it will truly gut the Leeds fans who love him. Hooper won't come here - not sure why we keep flogging that poor old horse - Celtic have rejected our offer again apparently and the window is slowly closing. Don't know enough about Kemara to hold an opinion but I'd still like to see Ricky the Wolf and Mackie join us as well as Becchio with Moro and Jacko sadly going out.
I pessimistically predicts that on friday our forwards will be Holt, Moro, Kane, and Jackson. What odds?
