I'd rather we buy one quality player too.

But there are plenty of quality players out there for less than 7 million quid.

Celtic hold all the cards because if Hooper really wanted to be here, it would have happened. Hooper wants someone better to play for.

Hooper seemed more than happy to come with the wages we are offering him.

It's Celtic that are stalling, partly to save face and partly to get the best prices. Thats their perogative, no problems with that at all. I think we are still favourites to sign him.

Surely we don't have the scouting network yet to find these players and scout them properly.
Otherwise cArrabuh, please explain why we aren't buying these foreign gems?

Well if we don't know these players then why not?

Has Ewan Chester never scouted abroad? Have any files on players when he's worked before?

Why the hell are we spending stupid money on players from such a small pool in the worst leagues in the World.

USA and ****ing Scotland, I don't think I could pick 2 worse places to look for good players.

People are saying lets just give Celtic what they want and sign him.

I'd rather give the scout system what it needs and sign some quality at a decent price.

Hughton is not interested in us playing football, he's just like Allardyce.

I agree with the first para. We don't have enough scouting from what I understand

    The second is ridiculous!
