Scandalous... so once they have your cash, they can do as they please. Daylight robbery. I blame Massa... Oh.... And Whitmarsh...
I did the bet at 17/20 like many others, and got the default email that it would be settled at 1/100. So I sent them this email: " Sir/Madam, I placed the bet in question on Thursday morning, and noticed it said 'DNS' next to the bet on Thursday afternoon. I also noticed that the bet had been removed from the list of available bets. If you knew about the error then why did it take until AFTER the race for this email to come through? And why does my account STILL not show a balance? If you did indeed make an error, why did the bet appear in the first place, do you not check your systems before posting the bet online? Also, if I placed an incorrect stake, I would not be able to change it at the last minute because I would be losing money. I find this wholly unacceptable, *and despite your 'terms and conditions' unethical.*I think you should honour the bet, but I guess you will ignore this email and move on to the next customer." Woke up this morning to this response: " Thank you for your email and we apologise for the inconvenience. We can see that your bet was now settled using the odds 17/20. Your bet was now settled with winnings of £153.55. You can confirm on this by logging into your William Hill account atwww.williamhill.com*clicking on My Account then click on View details of your bets & transactions under Statement. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to email us. Alternatively, you may contact us through our Live Chat facility and we would be more than happy to discuss any issues or concerns that you have with our products and services. With regards, Rachel I." Checked my account, and the cash is there.
I once had a bet which I placed each way (1,2,3) and the dicks tried to rob me with a (1,2) each way after the race giving me zilch. I was like "hang on buddy the each way bet goes from 1st to 3rd, not 1st to 2nd on your site, where's me money?" This is why bookies will only ever get free bets off me now. .I.
Having just watched some highlights I would like to give some credit back to di resta. Despite his epic fail he was at least aware enough to make sure he rammed Grosjean and not his team mate
Maybe one of you guys could explain – are you allowed to do the test with current F1 drivers? I think Horner is a big Hyprocrite though! He wanted to pull down Mercedes and Ferrari..hmmmm Red Bull to conduct test with 2011 car Red Bull Racing have confirmed they will perform a private tyre test for Pirelli this week. Following Ferrari and Mercedes AMG earlier this season, the team will become the third team to try out tyres of the Italian F1 supplier. Red Bull will be allowed to run 1000 kilometers in Barcelona on Circuit de Catalunya. As Ferrari did early in the year, RBR will use a two-year old car, namely the championship winning Red Bull RB7 of 2011. Behind the wheel will be Daniel Ricciardo, the Australian that was announced last week a the team's new racing driver to partner Sebastian Vettel as of 2014. Pirelli has informed that the test is meant to try out a several 2014 prototype tyres while stressing that the team itself will gain no advantage from the test. McLaren though are believed to be eager to also stage a test later in the season to offset any possible advantage Red Bull may get from the test. With this announcement, it looks more and more clear that Pirelli will continue as F1's tyre supplier. The company revealed at the Italian Grand Prix weekend that it had signed agreements with all teams for 2014 and hence now only needs a final agreement with Formula One itself. Confirmation on this is expected in the next days or weeks.
I think we have to start praising Grosjean for not getting himself in a mess... Last week it wasn't his fault at least and he brought the car home. I said before that once he gets those butterflies out he is going to be challenging at the top. Remember..I said that!
Fair comment. I also thought that perez's start was similiar to Grosjeans at Spa the previous year - obviously without the major contact and aftermath.
this cant be right can it? http://www.vancouversun.com/sports/...ding ticket police Italian/8887959/story.html
