Does anyone have any idea how much slower the cars will be in qualifing because of the engine mapping rules?
It will definitely slow the teams down by quite a bit, but teams will be making use of the DRS in qualifying, so I would still predict a quicker qualifying time than last year. I've gone for a 1m36.310 I've also prediction Alonso for pole in the hope that the engine mapping rules will kill Red Bull's single lap pace, although this is unlikely.
Ive been going on the rule of 2 seconds quicker than last year so the mapping will probably bring them back down 1 or 2 seconds I reckon
message for thewisbechian/not606kk: do you still want to represent not606 in the interforum league? anyone know who not606kk was?
It was someone who represented not606 for just the last race; I don't think they've posted in this thread. They have changed their nickname on zdkf1 so I was just wanting to check whether they had moved on somewhere else or still wanted to represent not606.
Stop calling him a twat Carno. I don't know what sparked all this but petulant swipes aren't going to help.
