    Cheers You See. Could be very heavy there next weekend though. They were struggling to get home on Friday there and plenty more wet weather forecast.

    Had a great morning on the gallops yesterday with the don watching our new boy do a proper piece of work. I am amazed and very excited to be able to report that he will race very soon. A 1m 2f maiden at Lingfield a week on Wednesday has been pencilled in!

    The mind boggles why James Doyle left his current job to join Godolphin..Buick not such a surprise,Doyle "stole" his ride on Kingman last season.

    The basic retainer sum must ne absolutely enormous!

    Money over ambition obviously for these chaps...not often that the former comes without the latter...cushy jobs!

    I like ARKAIM too, Kielan has ridden my mare a few times and is a very nice neat young pilot!

    I agree Dex I can see why Buick may possibly choose the switch as he is likely on no or a small retainer for Gosden but Doyle must be on a fair chunk for Prince Khalid, he has also had a brilliant first season thanks mainly to Kingman. Godolphin also just seem to be in regression somewhat, it's not the job that Frankie had in the late nineties.
