I think that's what you call an attritional race Got to love McCoy, riding his balls off on Warden Hill to grab 2nd at 15 grand for connections
Looks like this good ground has not really materialised. Still backing Sign Of A Victory here though and cracking open a beer to see if it changes my luck
Opposition was disappointing but he has done that really well again- happy to have him as the Champion favourite. Biggest test will be in March but he is very nice.
Immaculate from Faugheen, he's cantered home. Irving and SOAV ruthlessly exposed as nowhere near good enough. Can't see anyone touching him in the Champion Hurdle.
You're right Simon Holt, Faugheen IS a machine - but he's got to brush up on his hurdling or he won't be winning the Champion. His two main market rivals ran no sort of race so I won't be taking much notice of the form. But what a classy horse he is.
Could be the next Istabraq! I wouldnt be confident of beating him now with The New One but have to stick with him.
Vautour- wow. That is probably the most diappointing run of anyones season. Happy with Josses Hill as an Arkle bet because he will improve at Cheltenham.
For my next trick I will get stick's horse beat at Wolves and I will then get Silviniaco Conti beat at Kempton. Atrocious conditions at Leopardstown today, not sure how much that had to do with both Kalkir and Vautour getting turned over
