Been dry since Sunday Oddy! . "The Lads" got their fingers burnt there...7/4 into 8/11 and only third!...nice debut actually considering how green he was. Jim Bolgers well touted McGuigan was 7/2 second fav and showed nothing. JB doesn't have much of note in the 2-y-o division via his own breeding operation...very moderate crop by the look of things.
I thought she was going to win that. All niggling with NF seemingly sat there calm as you like with double handful. Unlucky stick, she ran well but just seemed short of fitness. I notice she drifted back out to 7s before the off and the winner was backed right into fav. Will be interesting to see what Charlie has to say.
