It's a long lap here, they'll have big gaps to fix that wall. If it takes 15 mins thats only 5-6 laps under the safety car.

I agree, but Vettel would have expected Kimi to be tighter on the apex /- problem is Max's overtake more or less off the track prevented it. That move would have created an accident anyway, because Max would have ended up on the opposite side of the track on exit or come to a complete stop on the apex. Anyone who had put a lid on knows this. He ****ed his start and his age showed.
