Our movement is very poor...almost non exisistant ... Bale very poor, defoe likewise, keeper looks suspect...Parker off the pace.... The rest have reached the hights of average apart from rose who has been good.
None of the regulars in the side have been up to much either so I don't the think you can focus on the lads coming in.. apart from Cudicini who's been doing a Gomes today.
Whenever we've got possession, they've got 10 behind the ball. Very difficult to break down, when well organised.

While I agree with that to an extent, we should have the quality to break down a League 1 side. It's games like this that really bring home our lack of threat from set pieces. Don't we practice them at all??
NSS - too easy an excuse - we have been too slow and not got behind them often enough. Best moments have been with Rose and now Lennon. The rest has been piss poor!!
why not? we only have league games to play in and (so far) in the F.A Cup, if we have to get through to the next round by replay so be it.... let Stevanage have there day, that why the F.A Cup is special.
This is like the tottenham of old. Hardly a great confidence boost going into the NLD next Sunday although I appreciate it will be a different team. How much do we miss modric?!
Lets not over react... They have played very well and we've been poor but a draw would be a fair result...we have looked secure at the back... Watford deserved to beat us...stevenage deserved a draw....not a we'd have wanted but not a disaster by any means
Sorry, but I disagree. A well organised block defence is not easy to break down, for anybody. I agree that we should have tried to get around them down the wings a bit more.
true say Colin...they did their job..i just wish our players had a bit more urgency and played their own game...but they were stifled..i expect us to go through in the replay and yes Lennon should have been on ages ago
totally agree, its the cup and they played very well and we played poorly and a potential banna skin avoided so far, we are still in the draw and just have to beat them at the Lane, over 1 game anything can happen over two legs our quality will tell.
Yeah fair enough I agree now that's finished! Not a particularly enjoyable Sunday afternoon of football watching at all! Oh well at least we're in it still! Come on Brighton!!
