You really are making yourself look clueless. You seem to have absolutely no understanding of basic law, or even common sense. Still, feel free to carry on, it's mildly entertaining.
I think you'll find that Nicks priority is finding out why he's been ****ed over, money is not on his mind at all. Once he's heard exactly what he's actually supposed to have done wrong, he'll act upon it, either claiming unfair dismissal, or just going to the press and explaining what really happened. One thing I would put money on, Nick is a Hull City fan, he's ****ing pissed off and he's a wealthy lad, I think a gagging order is a non-starter, he can't be bought.
I thought he ought to have been given notice of what he's accused of before any disciplinary meeting so that he could put his side of the story?
He has, but it's a bit vague and not a sackable offence in itself, I think they're going to claim he was told to shut up, but he didn't shut up enough. It's a very weak case for a sacking.
Or indeed planting evidence in the media. The planting of evidence is wrong. But these things do happen. We move on.
Be interesting if courts/lawyers/whatever don't see it as a sackable offence, where we'd go from there? Would they sack him and pay him off? But that would involve money which started the hole thing? Or is there a way back? In my opinion the Allams need to find their own Director of Football rather than a new manager. Nick is the man for Hull. The Allams need someone who will look at what they want to do with football eyes and what Nick (or A N Other) wants to do with business eyes. Perhaps Pearson was too much in Nicks camp rather than half way between.
