Michael Schwimer, CEO of Big League Advantage and a now minority owner of Leeds, confirmed via Twitter that eight athletes have invested in the Whites via his company. Those athletes include swimming great Michael Phelps, golf superstars Jordan Speith and Justin Thomas, NBA basketballer Larry Nance, free agent and former Jacksonville Jaguars NFL linebacker Myles Jack, former University of Arizona basketball player TJ McConnell and hockey stars Erik Johnson and Gabriel Landeskog.

Schwimer added: "Other athletes have joined our group but prefer to remain nameless. So excited to be a part of taking Leeds back to the EPL where they belong! Lots more to come. MOT!!!!!!"

I’m excited today and trying hard to ignore the burning question, “what’s the plan, how are these investors going to be paid.”

I was then trying to research profits in the PL and found a snippet that said in the last two years, in the Premier League, only four teams were able to make a profit which means 80% of teams in the league made a loss.

I’ll enjoy the ride today, I was on the bigleagueadvantage website trying to work out what they’re all about but I’m still not sure how they want to be involved with us. With the players they sign they give an up front payment to kickstart careers in return for a percentage of future earnings.

Well no loyal Brit had any 'motivation' to put their hands into the pot of gold therefore we are left with the one's we used to rule ....gawd bless America or should we welcome back GFH the potless sand dwellers ;)
