I suspect that as well as Mulumbu you might find Clubs sniffing around Shane Long and, as you say, their best player and top scorer is on loan from Chelsea. I fully agree with your last comment which is why I would urge the Club to go down the Arsenal and Southampton route and fully finance an effective academy.
