There are no easy games in the Championship, but against the league leaders has to be one of the toughest. With this game on Monday evening if results go Norwich's way they could still be out of the relegation places, or it might have been a short lived reprieve and they will need to dig deep to get another win to claw their way to safety. Both teams are in decent form and Coventry would have preferred to play the Norwich of 2 months ago rather than this more confident outfit. Norwich's Ali Ahmed has hit the ground running with an assist and a goal in his first two matches and will be looking to continue his bright start for the Canaries. Norwich have been a bit of a bogey team for Coventry who have not beaten them since 2009, but 6 points clear at the top, this has to be their best chance in a long time.

PC on tonight's game against his former club:

“There cannot be a bigger test for the moment than this one. I'm really looking forward to that. I have a good feeling also about where the team is for the moment.”

and Stacey's view of it:

"No one outside of Norwich is going to expect much from us, but it's a real good test to show that we've progressed and how much we've progressed. It'll be great for us to go into those games probably without the pressure of the expectations, but within the group we want to show that we can go and make a statement.".

There is no doubt that we have greatly improved since PC arrived - the next 2 games will indicate how far we have come.

Without a doubt both games will be a test, but two weeks ago we were talking about four tough games coming up and we won the first two, both away. Coventry are more vulnerable away from home and they are currently 15th in the form table in spite of winning their last two home games. Ali Ahmed fitting straight in and Diallo returning have at last given us a real threat on the left flank and allowed Schwartau to return to his best position. The whole team looks better balanced now and the competition for places has increased and confidence is high. It's a good time to take on the top 2 teams and after that we have Blackburn at home and Oxford away. Coventry and Boro will be challenging, but hopefully we can give them our best and then move on.

On way to Carrow Road and very much looking forward to this.
I was there last season when Forson came on late on and scored two in the last couple of minutes to win the game.

I remember listening back to the Chris Goreham Radio Norfolk commentary on the drive home. 'Fooorrrrrrssssssoooonnn!!'
