We're not talking about World class players W_Y but rather about world class teams - if you compare German national teams (player for player) against other nations they don't come out that well - but as a team they often do. As for England ? When have you ever seen an Italian or Spanish national team come from behind like England did against Germany - it's not built into their psyche to do that. As for La Liga.....sorry but we're only talking about a few clubs here, maybe 4 at the most. Would Granada or Udinese survive in the Premiership (would they get out of the Championship) ?, I think not, so how can we survive there for long from their pool of players ? We have sacrificed continuity. A club cannot change managers as often as we have without some loss in that respect. We need a manager who knows that he has a realistic chance of still being at the club in 3 years time.
