Dia, before you bang your drum any harder, have a look at our home record this season - believe me, even against a team that has not set fire to the PL this season, a draw was a good result at Carrow Road. Very few teams leave with anything more <ok>

Laudrups ability ..hmmm. I didnt see Laudrup on the field when our full backs decided to negate their defensive responsibilities, i didnt see Laudrup on the field when Vorm got caught in no mans land for the first goal.

I didnt see Laudrup on the field when we all switched off for the corner and the 2nd goal .

Not sure why Laudrups ability gets called into question when we lose , but never when we win , any answer to that Daiswan ?

I'm happy as we dominated for most of the game but disappointing with our in box attack and even more disappointing with our zig-zag defense. But, if Michu, who apparently shed a few tears of frustration in the changing room, was on form we'd have won 4-2.

Usually I'm content with an away point but not this one. A combination of missed chances and sluggish defense, cost us dearly. We bossed most of the game and should have won it.

I'm not too concerned about Michu's miss's, he's due a few, I'm more concerned that other than Michu, there was no meaningful Midfield penetration, Dyer and Routledge look tired and Hernandez has lost it, Ki and De Guzman were not incisive and seemed happy just to move the ball on, they've both had better games. I'm more concerned about whats happened to our once vaunted defense.

Chico was weak (still getting back to match fitness). Ben looked jaded and allowed himself to be overwhelmed by very basic wing-play. Tiendalli was lost, too far forward when he should have been back and visa-versa. Ash simply had too much to do, filling in the gaps caused by Chico's' lack of sharpness, Ben's lack of pace and concentration. When Ben went off Ash then had to cover Tiendalli after he tweaked his hammy half way through second half. All his back up and support pushed him out of position and he found himself floating, usually supporting the left back area. Ash just had too much to do.

I've supported the Swans since the 60's, my Dads first game was in 1938 and health permitting he still goes to the games. We both agree that this is the best Swansea City team we've ever seen or had and we are both in agreement that Michael Laudrup is the most astute, intelligent, tactically aware and honest manager we have ever had.

The Swans are currently in a very good place so don't get upset by the same old wums who try to tell us otherwise. They puke their opinions on this board with a regularity and consistency that makes me think that they have no opinions just agendas, there is a difference.

Their constant vomit proves their lack of respect for true the Jacks who attend this forum and this irks me intensely so please, real Jacks, starve them of the oxygen of your irritations which they need to gloat. Don't bite to their obvious bait, please ignore them or simply don't reply.

We are one team, one family, the Jack Army.

What a wonderful post stumpy !

Very good assement of things b8th football and non football related.

This was a massive game for Norwich so overall a point is not bad, it should ave been 3 but that's the way our luck is going these days.

Southampton at home will he the acid test. Its a must win game as far as im concerned.

Well said, Stumpy. For the most part, we are a close knit family on here, with one obvious exception, all united in our desire to see our football team flourish and move on to better things.

By the way, I see Chico is getting a little stick on here yet he was MOM in a couple of newspapers. He and Ash actually made the Sun's team of the weekend. I didn't think Chico had a bad game myself. He made a few mistakes, which is understandable as he is working back to match fitness after his injury. But let's not forget that it was his foray into the box that led to JdG setting up Michu for his goal.

Ash is the one I felt had a poor game. He made a lot of mistakes, looked edgy throughout and committed the cardinal sin of giving a needless foul in a dangerous area that cost us a goal. I accept that both full backs had a bad game, particularly young Ben, so maybe Ash was preoccupied looking after them. Shame about Tiendalli. He contributed a lot going forward but was badly missing for their first goal when Ben let them in on his side of the pitch.

On another day, we could have scored five but it was not to be. Well done the lads anyway.
