So how are you enjoying life
You lot in the blue and white hoops,
With hopefully not too much strife
    In all your footballing pursuits

We too have had our share of glee
So far, with all manner of thrills,
    Without the worry, thankfully
Of those low down, with all their ills

    Enjoying our return up here
Amongst the top teams of the land,
And surprising a few here and there
So things don´t always go as planned

But just how this next game will go
Is anyone´s guess, I would say,
We´d all like to think that we know
But no-one does, in any way

And thank god for that much at least
    For knowing the score beforehand,
    Would substantially ruin the feast
And certainly not fill the stands

So enjoy your trip here Saturday
Up north to the lotus county,
You may have Fernandes your way
But the formula 1 team´s here, you see. :)

We should be beating teams like Norwich if we are to stay up. They are not a stoke,Wolves or Everton and i hope NW gets the right mix.
We need to be carefully of players like 'Grunt Hulk' who will be bashing all our players and falling over without cause and looking for penalty's at every chance.
I don't see it being a classic and hope we play our passing game and not play into their hands with long ball and hard tackles.

If we can get away with 11 'uninjured' players i will be happy.

thing is ellers, if we want to stay up ourselves we need to be beating 'the likes' of qpr. by the way, i've never seen norwich play long ball in lambert's entire time in charge so as usual you are talking absolute bollocks. last season we had 8 first team players out injured but still managed to beat you more convincingly than the scoreline suggested. ok, you went down to ten men but even before that stage we were dominant. you've certainly improved your team since then but so have we and we have changed our system slightly. it will be close, no doubt about it, but our record against the hoops at carrow road is outstanding and i'm confident that we can beat you. i certainly don't see a defeat.

funny each time i have seen you grunt hulk is bashing players and falling over looking for pens.
Agree that you may well feel the same as us regarding the result but Arsenal ran your left back all over the place and i see the same with SWP. You looked very slow last weekend and i hope our players run you around.

to be fair to us, arsenal played pretty well and we didn't! it was a bit of a miss-match on the day and the score could and probably should have been bigger. but thats the only time tierney has found this level difficult. walcott (for once) turned up! wright phillips is a good player but lambert will change our system against you. he was more worried about arsenal than he was about how we played and it stiffled us. we have played all other games with freedom and looked good so i see a return to that. not too sure why he changed to be honest! you're missing barton so that may affect things. i'm sure lambert will play our wingers again this time so we will be far more offensive. we always concede chances but we create loads too! as for holty, yes he definitely took a tumble on saturday - it was embarrassing. he only ever goes down if there is contact but against arsenal that was a disgrace <ok>

Out of curiosity, how many full games have you seen that feature Norwich this season?

unlike you in Thailand i watch nearly all the games on skys football first. I also watch MOTD and catch up with goals on Sunday. As well as reading a lot of newspapers i listen to comments made about teams and players on the radio.
I saw the live game against Sunderland and thought they Should have played better then they did.

Why how much of that do you get in Thailand?

I am guessing you were trying to make it look like I get to know sod all about what is happening in the PL, sorry to burst your bubble but...

I can watch any PL game I want in Thailand, and I do. I have seen all our games and 4 of yours to date. Goals on Sunday? No problem, get that too.
I can also watch read the papers here, have access to internet (oddly enough where you can read everything and even sometimes listen).
    It's a small world these days <ok>

we absolutely battered sunderland!! could have been about 6-0 were it not for their keeper!! that wasn't a good example ellers. so far we have only really been totally outplayed by arsenal. we were the better team against man utd, we were even with chelsea until we got our keeper sent off with ten minutes left and the only really poor performance before arsenal was against west brom, one of the worst football matches i've ever seen.

in comparison i've seen qpr a few times and you are incredibly inconsistent. you should have thumped newcastle at home but struggled to a draw, same with villa and against chelsea with 9 men, well... it was a farce that you won that game in the end. you might be happy with how things are going as indeed we are, but you are not suddenly a great team and neither are we - we are both very competitive in this league which is good, but there is little between our teams as things stand. that may be different come january, who knows...

You obviously did not read my post.
"I saw the live game against Sunderland and thought they Should have played better then they did".

I never said you did not batter them i just expected more with their players, so actually it was a very good example.

    no just responding to this:

Unless you were "trying to make it look like I get to know sod all about what is happening in the PL"?

I spent a bit of time in that part of the world (actually last year) and i always thought that they were 7 hours a head of the uk and when i was there you don't really get a feel for football when your team is playing at 8pm and its like 3am in the morning or when you are tucked up in bed when the radio phone ins are buzzing in the UK.
Sorry but its just not the same. When we kick off at 3.00 on Saturday and its dark there?

No, I was trying to establish what you are basing your comments on regarding how good or bad Norwich are. Alas highlights do not show the attacks that were broken down by good midfield work or defending, just the bits where attackers break through. Yes Arsenal were a different class, we did not expect anything else and personally was expecting a larger scoreline by the gunners.

This time of year 3pm is 10pm here. I disagree, I still get a buzz waiting for the games every time and listen to 606 etc afterwards. Of course it is not the same but it doesn't make my judgement any less valid. I know what's going on. Everyone on our board knows I am watching the games and discussing what happening etc
