Agree, however in their case they weren't expected to start as well as they did this season, so seems more a case of expectations being exceeded too quickly.
What we need is a bit more shortism around here. “ooh id have taken mid table if it was offered a few months ago” I might be dead next year, rosie needs to take more risks and set the team up for winning this season.
Yeah we should just sack him, clearly he's no good since we aren't in the auto spots. If you're dead in 12 months that's unfortunate for you but not really Rosie's concern nor how he should be building the team.
If we sacked him now (incrementaly we're getting better managers) the next one should be even better, then quickly sack the next one etc, we'll be onto an eventual winner...
