Wrexham are playing with 11 behind the ball the majority of the time. It seems like we are trying to draw them forward and the play short passing triangles/ give and go etc through them. Though at times our players haven't been on the same wavelength causing many moves to break down in the congestion. I think a slightly more profitable avenue could be to exploit the flanks a bit more. Obviously that is where the goal came from, but Cordoba is actually looking like a bit of a threat down the left, but Diallo and him are not fully aligned yet. What Norwich need to do is move the ball better, the passes are not bad, but the players need to learn how and where each other are.
Positives: - Mattsson looks tidy - Jurasek had a couple of moments - a different scorer Not so positives: - We still look very vulnerable, easy to carve us open - Three at the back is not comfortable - Diallo flatters to deceive IMO - Most of our good stuff going forward involved Sargent, if he got injured we could be in huge trouble - We seem worryingly reliant on hoofing it wide to a fast player
Norwich keeper just makes an excellent save, did the Norwich players eat a load of pies at half time rather than oranges?
Crnac is such a confusing one, expected him to kick on this season and he looked good in preseason but he has been poor this season other than the Blackburn game
