The goalie is getting a lot of credit for getting the very tips of his fingers on the ball to deflect it on to the post - I am not so sure he did.
Nice 1-2 though, to carve open the chance.

2-0! Jerome with a header from O'Neil's corner. That'll do.

Oneil has to play just for his corners now, much more threatening than redmonds

They're keepers keeping them in it. Although ruddy has done very well to get out there!

    Good grief <doh>

Only consolation is that I predicted a 2-1 home win

3 points, and apart from the last few minutes that was very comfortable. Fully deserved win.

I'll never understand why teams always feel the need to hang on when they concede late. It was a freak goal and the way the game was going it never looked like Bolton would score. So why go all defensive and invite pressure?

Redmond, O'Neill and Howson were excellent, Tettey, Turner and Jerome good, and the rest it's hard to find too much to criticise. Same team next time out for me, assuming Lafferty isn't punished for his first half misdemeanour.

Thought Tettey and Turner were excellent again. Important 3 points probably the kind of win we needed bit of nerves to keep them on their toes and remind them however well we're playing we need to kill teams off or we make it that bit harder for ourselves

Well whatever happens over the rest of this round of fixtures, we'll still be in the play-offs and above Ipswich. Perfect start to a weekend.

Well it is Halloween and that was a scary finish to the game. Overall happy with the performance, disappointing to concede a goal like that but happy to have won.

Think that's the best midfield we put out so far, same again next game but maybe bring on Hooper instead of Grabban just because I'd like to see Hooper given more of a chance. Also it was a bit quiet at Carrow Road, could hear a pin drop lol.

Solid performance tonight. Bolton were poor and we had no obvious weaknesses.

Pleased to say the best performance to me was Redmond, who didn't put a foot wrong all night.

Had a few quid tonight on 2-0 with Jerome first goal.
Rather pissed off right now !!!
On a serious note good win, much needed 3 points but I do feel very worried about the defence.
Stupid goal to concede and very fortunate they missed another gift horse.
Adams must look to tighten up, better teams won't miss those sort of chances.

Got up at 4:15 and was amazed that we had scored in the first half. Totally dominated the stats but for possession, which inexplicably was 45/55% on the BBC. But at least we are back on the winning trail. Anything wrong with Hooiveld and Garrido? Neither of them featured in the squad.
