    Well ...... 1 more point could see us promoted (with GD counting) - I don't think Leeds will get more than 6 points from their 3 games - Come on Brentford or Villa) <cheers>

    I'm sorry but, aside from Krul, we were crap. Some horrible passing, players letting the ball bounce, not taking control of the ball when they could have...:angry:

    We need to get back in the groove for Monday, but somehow I think we will. It seems obvious to me nerves have played a huge part in our last 3 performances, so near yet so far,but that last second equaliser will bouy us immensely, just like the last second equaliser by Reading knocked us off our stride

    Agreed, lots of energy, not a lot of end product.

    Expected McLean to start wide, so was somewhat confused to see him in central midfield with Leitner in a floating role. Not sure that's the most successful experiment, we lacked an outlet whilst McLean and Leitner played in similar areas.

    Krul was excellent tonight, my MOTM. Everyone else was 5/6 out of 10, when we needed someone to step up. Thankfully Vrancic did at the end!

    My thoughts entirely. Having lost Buendia for 3 games, you'd like to think the other 'wide' players would step up a gear - not so Hernandez, he's become largely ineffective, selfish and anonymous.
