Have to give Smith a lot of credit for putting this team together at the last minute. We are looking pretty good.

 

We’ve got into a couple of decent positions on their box but then completely fluffed the chance, it’s positive but we must get more clinical

 

We're competitive now against anyone except the top three. But can we overcome a) our bad start to the season b) our awful luck. It's not just having a Covid outbreak, it's when it happens - now, the busiest stretch of matches in the year. It could have happened before one of those pointless international breaks andt had no effect. I don't think the Gods want us in the Premier League.

I was hoping for a penalty for us as possibly the only way to win. Looks like I was tempting fate. Thought we played well up till that point but we don’t have the quality up front to trouble the opposition.
