T Now THATS how to win a debate with cold reasoned well researched facts. Good work. It's inspiring really. Just think what more we Norwich folk could achieve if we'd all stop f$&king our cousins for a bit.
As far as playing attractive attacking football Norwich are 3rd highest on 66 Watford 4th on 60 we have the 2nd highest goalscorer Pukki on 25 Buendia 9th highest on 13 goals Watford's Sarr 15th on 12 We also have the player with the most assists Buendia on 15 Watford don't have anyone in the top 25 most assists. Watford have a better goals conceded stat 28 to Norwich's 32 but Norwich have the 2nd most clean sheets Krul has 18 from 33 , 2 less than 1st Woodman who has played 42 games . Watford's Blackmam is 10th highest with 12 clean sheets in 21 . Other than the better defence Watford are pretty below average on every other metric . They are a very physical fouling side with the most yellow cards 77 to Norwich's 54 That's pretty conclusive most yellow cards second most fouls in the League. Norwich have the most penalties 10 to Watford's 9 with Norwich missing 2 Watford scoring all 9 Watford are much more economical with their chances and constantly foul the opposition making for plenty of ugly stop start niggly wins . Their tea lady isn't much to look at either
What stats site do you use for measuring tea lady attractiveness? If it’s infogol that’s ok, but I’ve always found Robbie’s one a bit questionable.
You asked for stats I gave you stats and it's pretty conclusive that Watford are a physical side that has picked up the most yellow cards and second worst fouls tally in the league. They like to kick people off the park. Feel free to refute anything I have posted .
We started this in the simple analysis of one game - Norwich 0 Watford 1. From which you decried WFC's style of football compared with the (beautiful) game as played by Norwich city. The visual and statistical evidence from that game is that WFC actually played better football, had more shots, more corners, less fouls. That was all I was attempting to point out. Unfortunately, you felt the need to convert (natural) frustration into a rant, on our thread , as well as this one. I recognise all of the stats you post, but find it hard to agree with your extrapolation into conclusions. Unless you have watched all the WFC games, your opinions are absurd. I have only watched 2 Norwich games this season. In both cases they were poor, with very little cutting edge. Actually WFC were probably lucky to have beaten Norwich at Vicarage Road, but nevertheless WFC outplayed Norwich on Tuesday. Suck it up. It could be argued ,(from the stats) that Norwich are a 2 man team which I might claim is really boring. It's not correct, and neither are your conclusions. I could claim that it's far more entertaining, and even exciting that goals and assists come from all over the team - as per WFC. For now, just accept the fact that WFC stuffed Norwich home and away this season , did it last season and will probably do it next season too.
You can go home now you're boring me . Hope you get "stuffed" 1-0 in all 3 of your final games like Luton "stuffed" you last weekend in 3 ugly boring physical encounters
Yes indeed. If I could have kept to to the one match - I would have been happy so to do. See what next season brings .
Hope you lose all your remaining games and Deeney breaks his legs falling down the stairs you boring simpleton. @robbieBB You want to take over arguing about Watford's superior stats ?
Haha Growing up I knew one family whose relatives had lived in the same village for 500 and another for 800 years. The 500 year one had managed to weed out all the inferior genes and created a super bright daughter haha
