Doddsy Speakman Proctor, loving BA, Jobe, Neil, Burstow, and now if we watch Rusyn, he ain't what we think he is, none of the afore mentioned are good enough at their jobs. Progress ? our performances are woeful.
I’m not against the model we do have a few experience players to compliment the team ( ohhh forgot we sold him) Just we are not getting the correct kids to do the job
I mean that style of coach. The technical behind the scenes coach. Not a leader who kicks arse when we are not grafting hard enough.
Would never ever wish us to lose. I just wouldn’t. But you have to wonder if this continued self combustion might wake a few people at the club up and change some perspectives for the summer. Cruising along to 8th place would on paper have been a decent return and seen nothing change. But dropping to 16th/17th might just kick things into life a bit.
The fact that Michael Proctor calling some shots shows the rate of decline. Get Dodds and Proctor back on the training pitch only. Get some proper leaders in and kick some arse.
They had more shots a few more corners - again we've played worse games and got something - but they have a decent striker and we were missing our 2 best players.
Let's be honest. Rusyn is shyte, Ba is average, Jobe is a kid that should probably be on loan in league 1, Ekwah is too raw from spending all his career before this season playing U23 the list is continuous. And then tell me how our owners are trying to get us promoted?
Rigg showed again he is levels above most of the players we have. If Jobe keeps his spot and Ekwah, ahead of Rigg next up then it will be very telling. I am not sweet on Adil personally, but no issues if he gets a chance again. But Rigg is simply demanding a place and cant be ignored. The pace he brought to our going forward game was clear as day. He is technically as good as anyone we have, he has more aggression than most and he looks like he wants it more. Jobe is only half the talent in my opinion.
I know but the love in will bite back, and thats got f all to do with fans who travelled down to watch that ****e.
yep. Even if we are playing players based on financial decisions, it’s still the right answer. Rigg leaving in the summer for £2-3m versus staying in the summer and ending up leaving for £30m+
