At least we have time to rectify it, we HAVE to score more than 1 to win so let's see how Farke responds.
Only Pukki has a record of scoring on a regular basis so perhaps we should substitute one of the midfield players for a striker?
Have to hope that a fresh start after the break will allow us to push on again. Good to see Hernandez back and his pace and trickery will help and Marshall will provide options on the right side. McLean may be back as well so DF won't be short of options.
My thoughts on the game: Unfortunate result. Klose feels bad, but sh*te happens. I don't blame him a bit. I'm more impressed with Cantwell each time I see him play. Yes, it's good to have Onel back. I think Lewis takes too much time on the ball; I wish he would move it quicker.
Good point about Cantwell CS, as he really has taken his chance well and Hernandez will have to fight to take the shirt from either him or Buendia who has also looked good since coming in.
Both TC and EB have playing well and both have loads more potential. I knew that about Emi; now I'm excited about TC as well. I should have listened to JM Fan when he was singing Cantwell's praises. Guess I had to see it for myself. Once they get a half season of experience under their belts, they can both be top notch players in this league.
Aaaaarrrrggggg we're doomed, no more wins til boxing day, it's a repeat of last season 8 unbeaten and nose dive! Bah!
Well, we're close enough if good enough. It is looking as if there is no stand-out team this year (possibly West Brom?). But if Sheffield United is as good as this league gets, why not us? And although we're disappointed today, we would all have accepted five wins, a draw and a defeat from the games after the last international break.
I feel the game would have suited Rhodes more than Pukki, but easy to be wise after the event and no complaints at all. We are heading in the right direction.
