    The versatility of Shackleton and experience of Cooper and Ayling will always mean it’s hard for Cresswell to force his way on the bench ahead of them.

    Gnonto and Anthony are so far ahead of Joffy they’re out of sight and it has to be Bamford ahead of Joffy too
