Be watching on city player VPN. Seems so long ago a city away game wasn’t on Sky! I’ve gone, being an eternally half glass empty city fan, for a loss but just hope our luck will turn for once.
Yes we need something to fall our way. No excuses for missing both pens v Wolves but little has gone right for us recently. It started with snowgate at Derby. I want us to win every game but really want us to give them a hiding.
Ref is Tim Robinson. Did Villa at home and QPR away for us this season. Last season Birmingham away and Burton home. His decision at QPR cost us dearly. Hope he makes up for it tomorrow .
Norwich have Marley Watkins and Alex Tettey available after missing their midweek draw at Sunderland. Marco Stiepermann and Dennis Srbeny could return to the squad as Ivo Pinto and Mario Vrancic may be rested, while Onel Hernandez (hamstring) remains out. Cardiff will be without loan winger Yanic Wildschut as he is unable to play against his parent club. Joe Ralls (ankle) and Wales defender Jazz Richards (ankle) are out but could return against Nottingham Forest. Match facts Norwich have lost just one of their last 13 home matches against Cardiff in all competitions (W9 D3), a 2-1 defeat in September 2007. Cardiff have never completed a league double over Norwich in the 25 previous league seasons they've faced them but won 3-1 earlier this season. Norwich have not won back to back home league matches since September, when they beat QPR and Birmingham. Cardiff have not won any of their last 11 away Championship matches in April (D4 L7) since a 2-1 win at Leeds in April 2015. The Canaries are unbeaten in their last 10 home league matches against sides from Wales (W6 D4), with Swansea the last to win at Carrow Road in November 2008. Neil Warnock has lost seven of his last nine away league visits to Carrow Road, winning the other two.
Wouldn’t be at all surprised if NW shakes up the team with possibly some wild card starters such as Ward, Pilkington and Damour.
Don't understand that at all. I agree with more pace and energy wanted in midfield but both Damour and Bryson in place of Paterson and Grujic? Paterson on there for the attacking threat and Grujic in front of the back four. The question would be who provides the energy between them - I'd have gone for Bryson to start.
It’s not unlike the early season team without Zahore. He’s obviously worked out the midfield needs more energy; he’ll get that out of the 2 little guys brought in but our goal threat may be diminished in the absence of Paterson. Maybe we’ll see Gunnarsson playing ahead of the midfield 2? Big chance for Madine but will he get crosses from wide? No point lumping it up to him from the back as who’ll pick the headers on? Was thinking of changing my prediction but can’t see a win with this team.
Blimey - I'd rather have Paterson doing that. If Gunnar does move up top, our back 4 had better be at their best if left exposed.
OK - not gone for a result today, just 3 scorers. The two "new" midfielders Bryson and Damour with Morro from a set piece. All are on the same 7/1 to score anytime so there's a tenner gone on each. Hope for better luck than last time.
Tuned in with 25 minutes on the clock. What I have seen has been pretty poor. Why did Bamba go off? I have no commentary.
Norwich seem to be enjoying much more possession and are getting to the ball first. Doesn't appear to be to much drive from the lads. The man in black seems a bit whistle happy and is getting it from both sets of fans. Sparky, thanks for the info on Bamba.
