I think the issue may well be with the images I am selecting, there's a hell of a lot of detail in the graphic at the top. I'll tone things down a bit there and perhaps just insert the club crests like I used to and hopefully that will cure the problem
If there was a perceived 'problem' KIO, it certainly didn't affect the boys in yellow on Saturday! Maybe worth littering next week's thread with "problems" so we can stuff the Scouse boys - for a (welcome) change
I found on quite an interesting article on Saturday's game - http://www.thelittleyellowbirdproject.co.uk/articles/2015/9/14/things-we-sort-of-learned. Loved some of the comments - especially the one about weddings!!!1
"Jarvis has shown that, as swapsies go, Neil has made an astute one by replacing Bradley ‘Folk Hero’ Johnson with Matt ‘Actually Better At Football than Johnson’ Jarvis." Ha!
Just read this SS article: http://www.skysports.com/football/n...tasy-football-premier-league-team-of-the-week It's pretty detail light, but the key thing I noticed is that it suggested that our team run the second-shortest distance in the PL in this round of fixtures. I have to say I find that remarkable, as I thought we were pretty high tempo, shutting down space and working hard off the ball. Clearly, not as hard as most other teams! If Neil is managing to get us to play like that and preserve players by not making them pound the turf unnecessarily, well...
No idea where to post this, but as this thread is near the top.... please log in to view this image david mcnally @davidmcnally62 Additionally, our new FamilyFanZone on matchdays at Carrow Park is already proving very popular. Scuse my stoopidity, but where exactly is Carrow Park?? Edit: david mcnally @davidmcnally62 5m5 minutes ago Carrow Park is behind the main car park at Carrow Road
I think you're right - but I'm 'old school' and when I had my ST, that side was the south stand - and looked pretty much how Selhurst Park still does today - more girders than seats! End of season open day many moons ago, me and a mate climbed up the vertical ladder into what was the TV gantry and smoked a 'doobie' I also recall Bryan Gunn's testimonial, against a fairly full strength ManUre side, as him and Fergie had a long history from their Aberdeen days, I was in the south stand, below the gantry, and a poor woman directly behind me got hit on the skull by a videotape which had fallen from the gantry! Can't remember what time Croydon's the jewellers timed the incident at, though. (She was taken away, checked over and pronounced fine-shaken but not stirred )
