So they want to make the North Stand ours to better the atmosphere created by home fans, but yet they still give 2 blocks of it to away fans?

    Well that makes ****ing sense.

Where does it say or imply 'exclusive'?

It's deliberately vague in the wording when it appears that in reality we get the ****ty half of of the North stand.

I'm assuming the club will clarify things shortly, as it seems it's all cack-handed as normal, but as far as I can see E1-E3 will always be away fans, with N6-N7 being added if required, if not required all the North will be home fans, but N6-N7 will be walk-up's, as we can't sell season tickets there.

Are more concession stalls being built in that NE corner?

My guess is that the buffer zone in the north will end up as a neutral zone like Fulham have, with the 'kop' being morphed into Palacesque performing seals.

I would assume so, but as the interior works don't require planning permission, I don't think there's any details in the planning application.
