Potter maybe? I like him a lot. He's on MNF tomorrow so be interesting to see what he says. Tuchel would jump at the chance I think and has spoken previously about not wanting to be involved in transfers which could definitely happen at United.
Those two are new arent they? Ratcliffe hung him out to dry in the summer for me. I dont think he is a particularly good coach of I am honest. But there is no doubt in my mind there are players in that squad who play better when it suits.
Tuchel is my idea of the best coach in Europe. Him and Simeone. I would love to see him at Man U, but it could be a car crash with some of those players. Maybe just what Man u need though.
What happened with Mainoo after Fernandes was sent off? Strange substitution bringing him off and putting another midfielder in his place with Mount even though Mount is "more experienced"
Yes, eventually employing people upstairs who know what they are doing. I'd give him some wriggle room if he wasn't a big part of most of the squad from today being his players. 6 of the starting 11 signed under his watch and 2 of the other 5 brought through from the academy by him.
He was injured, was down injured when the VAR check was being done and then went straight down the tunnel
Probably 90% of top managers to be fair with the money they throw around! They haven’t had a decent striker since Cavani, who was a free iirc. The midfield is a shambles and has been for ages. They need to sell up and the transfer policy really needs an overhaul. As several others have mentioned they’ve no identity. Clubs find targets that fit their style of player, United just sign any big name that they’re offered by other clubs and ruin them.
