Bloody annoying when refs only enforce the rules when they feel like it. One team has a free kick, player from the other team hoofs it away to stop them taking it quickly. Nothing doing from the ref.

No wonder he was getting **** at full time. Love to know what his excuse was.

 

Any opposition player kicking/handling the ball, after a free kick is awarded, should be booked ...

.... it's cheating, plain and simple.

 

It is, he's just ignored a player being kicked in the head in the box now. If you're not brave enough to follow the basic rules don't become a ref do something else.
