Never a red. Also, disagree that VAR is used in some games and some it isn't within the same tournament. On Saturday I guarantee there is a tackle like that that goes unpunished because of no VAR.
The other thing is the pointless 'on field review' which always ends up in the decision being changed. Just save us all the 30/60/120 seconds of bullshit and don't bother watching the replays and change the decision. Would love a ref to go to the monitor ans say "cheers lads but I'm sticking with my original decision".

Has the appeals system been done away with now there is VAR? Will DCL’s ban now stand or will Everton have means to challenge it? Could, for example, Bruno Guimares’ forearm smash in their game against Arsenal have received a retrospective ban or is VAR deemed to be infallible and beyond reproach?
Think ive only seen 1 decision stay the same when theyve gone over to the monitor so it really is pointless. Was never a red and i was surprised VAR was in your use at the game. I thought i read that it wouldnt be used in the 3rd round as the majority of grounds wouldnt be using it - clearly i was wrong Shocking match, it should never have been a TV game. Hate that just because 2 PL teams getting drawn against each other it gets shown on TV ahead of games where lower league teams play teams in higher leagues. It was never going to be a good game, weather was awful, both teams play awful football and olisse wasnt playing!!
It's just in use at cup games at PL grounds apparently, which seems a bit unfair......on those fans at PL grounds . They can keep the shower of **** that it is.
How you can run a competition on a level playing field when the vast majority of early rounds are dependant on the Refs decision whilst others have to suffer VAR. Has anyone got to the final on the strength of favourable VAR decisions.?.
Not sure about getting to a final but a few seasons ago there was the joke about 'LiVARpool' getting a lot of decisions in their favour. Might have been the season they won the league tbh.
