Man U won't be back for another 10, 15 years, like Liverpool in the 90s onwards until a few years ago.
It's absolutely mental that newly promoted Ipswich are 18 points better off than us coming into the middle of December and 1 point off of the top.
Fair play to them. They've gambled on going up this season. Be interesting to see what happens next season if they don't go up this year. Plenty of teams (WBA/Derby/Huddersfield etc) who have gambled on going up on a specific season. Suppose that's a good part of our structure that we are not gambling anything from a financial sense
Prick and one of these nutter keepers that will cost them more than he helps. Can't believe DeGea is out of the team for him. Started by Bullying Maguire to gain favour from the section of United fans that thought it was ok to get on his case.
because the championship is absolute ****. The fact we gained a play off place with a squad that was shot to bits and now sit in the play offs despite our poor form shows that.
We've learned our lessons and I prefer the way we're doing it. It's just odd how the bookies had them as a favourite to go up before a ball was kicked and barring a mental drop in form, pretty much have at least one foot in a play off place. Still loads of games yet to play, but you know what I mean
They have Liverpool away next weekend and Bruno got himself booked for dissent in the 84th minute and he's now suspended for it. Captain getting himself suspended for something so avoidable before their biggest game of the season doesn't sit right with me.
I think De Gea was pretty much finished at Utd but it doesn't seem like Onana is an improvement. For a long time they could do no wrong well now it's the other way round.
Their recruitment's been so poor for awhile, even towards the end of Fergies time. The last title they won was probably Fergusons greatest achievement. They were a side on decline
Aye when I say now it's going tits up I mean it's now clear to all but as you say the decline has been going on for ages. Since Fergie retired they seem to be incapable of spending money wisely. I never liked the guy growing up and hated his team but as I've got older I've realised and appreciated how immense he was. Best manager of all time for me.
Sometimes results just cross a red line and that has to be the end. Ten Hag should have been sacked within half an hour of that Bournemouth result, but surely he doesn't see the next game?
Heard the Scum are trying to sign De Gea as cover for Pope, was told he's a free agent so isn't on Manures books any more, don't know if there's any truth in it. Shows how uncle Eddie feels about his back up keepers.
Isn't he more interested in doing free school dinners these days? His focus on football this last 12 months has to be questioned.
Well to be fair 2 seasons ago they bought in 4,758 new players in the summer. At least 11 of them would have had to be decent
Yeah I read that somewhere, I'm not sure I'd fancy it if I were them. He was a world class keeper for a good stretch then as he got older he seemed to lose the ability to concentrate. Unusual for a keeper to get worse as they approach 30.
He doesn't look the slightest bit interested in helping the team or manager get out of the situation they are in.
