Aye I think Gakpo would become the backup. Ekitike and Isak both don’t mind drifting wide so could be so fluid and interchangeable would be borderline unplayable. Facts are they don’t have anyone who you’d say is a ‘straight up striker’ and despite liking to drift wide you’d certainly say Isak is one.
I don't fancy our chances against Liverpool, I think they'll retain the Premier League but it will be tight.
Not what he thinks he is at all. He's already talking about getting a " good culture" at the training ground, and getting players better prepared. In other words, they were all unfit when I came, so I need extra time before I can be judged. The old excuse of a charlatan.
Most teams will struggle against them. Mind to me, they still look wobbly at corners. Some clubs will punish that. Listening up Dan?!
I hate to say it, but that sounds a lot like Beale's comments here. And Parkinson when he came here. Blame the previous set up to cover your own short comings and the fact your falling out with people behind the scenes.
Palace are an excellent side. If they can keep Eze and manage playing in European competition, they could be dark horses to crash the top 6.
