Couple weeks ago, was listening to Gary Neville I think, on about how robotic the prem is and how players are being shackled. CL is still an unreal watch, absolute quality all over the pitch, different styles, systems, it’s really been brilliant.
I'd love us to play like Inter tbf. Proper in your face, quick football. Rather that than tikki takka
Yeah he was which is rare these days. It was, remember premier league years? Use to love watching them. During pre season. Actually the middling prem teams that I enjoy watching the most, your bournemouths, palaces etc
I insist Pep has ruined the premier league. Turned it into slow positional play nonsense. Everyone has copied, everyone. The rest of Europe has moved on.
I agree, absolutely genius but not my type of football. It's starting to shift now though, Liverpool, Mags, Forest and Villa are all pace and power now.
Both teams deserve to get there and it’s a breath of fresh air but PSG vs Inter feels like such a B category champions league final
I mean if somebody asked me who the champions league finalists would have been at the start of the season, I reckon I’d have named 10-12 before I got to these guys. They both deserve it though. It’s nice to see “new” teams knock the established off their perch
