Majority of the bottom bowl were standing throughout the game as well and have done most of this season. Arguably the best atmosphere in England at the minute.
I do hope Bristol City finish 5th like Imagine being told in August we’d face them in the play off semi finals? Yes please Would be a cracking night down there on the Friday too
100%. Needs to be a balance between having all the things a modern stadium brings in terms of revenue and facilities, while keeping the old school things that help atmosphere. From what i've seen of Evertons new ground I think they might've smashed it. Steep stands and hardly any room between the pitch and the stands. Heard transport is a problem though.
I've said from 'day one' Everton's stadium is fine but the layout is a disaster waiting to happen ... ... I'm really staggered it received planning permission.
they’ve scored 3 more goals in home games than we’ve scored in total. Levels above the rest. (With Burnley)
May be wrong but I looked after our match and I believe that game was the only time they’ve beaten one of the current top 6 this season. Make themselves hard to beat but we shouldn’t have anything to worry about, I’d love them to be honest don’t think we could ask for a better opponent and that’s without being too disrespectful to them because Manning has done a good job with a really average squad.
Luton draw on Sat they will be there if Millwall don't win at Burnley ! or Blackburn win at Sheff U ! and Coventry draw hope Luton win any how.
Yeah I looked at that. And for the first 10 minutes we were the better side and actually Looked like creating. Then Wells did his thing (which he tried 4 or 5times tonight, not in a “1v1, but in different areas around the box) and got nothing! Not even a foul! Amd having watched the 1 time he ran on goal, then completely miscontrolled the ball, it definitely wasn’t an obvious goal scoring opportunity against us!)
2 ex Sunderland players made it into League 2 team of the season. Well done Denver Hume and Luke Molyneux.
Not a chance. I always support the English clubs in europe, especially against someone like PSG that just think that spending millions and millions will make them Champions of europe.
