Almost half way through the season and the PL table is wild Nottingham Forest - 4th Bournemouth - 6th Man City - 7th Spurs - 11th Man U - 14th
No matter how you slice it, and yes times change in football, but seeing Manchester United 8 points off of the relegation zone at Christmas is pure madness.
Anyone else just love to see it though? **** these clubs thinking they're the bollocks. The plastic United fans on Twitter expect the new manager to make a difference straight away and they normally do, but this fella has **** the bed straight the way because they're rotten. I can't fathom having Bruno Fernandes as captain, if you told me we could have this fella but he'd have to be captain I'd gladly say "do one". Rinse and repeat with them.
Brighton v Brentford about to kick off Some cracking players in that Brighton side. Love the central midfield combination of Baleba and O’Riley
Brighton fans booing their manager / team because they haven’t won in 6, despite drawing 4 of them, and dropping to 10th in the premier league, is everything I hate about modern football.
Watching Clarke for Ipswich is infuriating. They’ve taken somebody who is essentially a one trick pony, albeit that one trick is a championship cheat code. But then they’ve told him to play in a position that doesn’t allow him to use that trick. Now he’s just a pony.
Guimaraes wouldn’t even have been penalised for it!! Only seems to be mags saying this is a definite red! Not many others
