100% can’t build anything with a defence like that, Liverpool are superb too in fairness

They could beat our record away win here if they want it. Double figures possible and easily.

It’s their first choice right back, their third choice centre half and then another right back plus a young midfielder. Their injuries are crazy. Also not helped by the injuries in midfield. I’d generally say that Sarr and Bissouma are their best pair, but they basically don’t have anyone to swap them out with. This is the worst game they could get right now. To be fair they’ve created some decent openings against a strong Liverpool defence today.

See I don’t see why the commentators said that was a shock goal. They’ve created attacking situations all game. its the other end that’s causing them the issues.

Last 4 Spurs PL games have had 28 goals in them. Spurs fans probably don't enjoy it but I certainly do. Great entertainment.

    Game off again:emoticon-0102-bigsm

spurs are one of the best teams in the country at creating promising positions. They aren’t clinical though, and their defence is a high wire act at the best of times. If they keep their nerve under Ange and add a bit more defensive quality they’ll be able to make a proper impact.

So tough for a young lad who has barely played at this level and is being asked to find his way out of position (alongside other players who are only finding their way). Be willing to bet this period will be good for him in the long run though.

That's because they play with 7 or 8 attackers and don't bother defending though :emoticon-0102-bigsm They have overloads on overloads and their counter pressing is like the playground with half a dozen of them just running after the ball. Brilliant entertainment but it's just got their manager sacked.

Anyone who's been to Burnley, and had a drink around town, won't be the least surprised with this ...

"Lancashire Police are investigating an allegation of racial abuse aimed at a Watford player during yesterday's Championship match at Turf Moor.
The Clarets, who won the game 2-1, released a club statement, external appealing for witnesses and said that they "will ensure that those responsible are held accountable."

The statement also said: "Burnley Football Club is deeply concerned by allegations of abuse directed towards a Watford player during the first half of today's fixture at Turf Moor."
