I mind saying to my united Supporting mates that it wasn't just his moments of sheer quality that we love him for. It was that he got the club and his workrate was unreal, always putting in a shift for us supporters. Will always be one of my fave sunderland players and I was buzzing when he scored tonight Can't wait till we are playing united in the PL next season and we can show him exactly what he meant to us
Be some reception. Not just for what he did when he was here, but for his continued love towards us afterwards. You can’t not have love for Amad.
And, for me, this is what makes all the sly digs, from people, towards Speakman, Dodds and Proctor look ridiculous. Amad said Sunderland were the only club he'd consider going on loan to if the chance arose. It really is time for the conspiracy theorists to hang up they grudges and face facts ... not fiction.
An hour of madness before the game ... ... followed by two hours of madness in the ground. League Cup Final Celtic 3 - 3 Rangers Celtic win 5 - 4 on penalties After extra time
Yep. He committed. And by no means do all loanees do that, even those with less than a tenth of his talent. He was hard working, brilliant and humble. He can be proud of himself, and if he stays fit the sky is the limit for the lad. He'll get a riot of a reception if he plays here again.
That walker debacle with Rasmus yesterday. My dad loves City. Thinks they can do no wrong. When anyone does what Walker does he goes off it. He sat next to me yesterday when he took the dive and said “everyone else does the same”! So biases it’s unreal! I had to bite my tongue s I may have fallen out with him a week before Christmas!
What's he particularly keen on about City? Doesn't seem to mix well being a Sunderland fan and loving a pampered team like City who have spent a fortune and still felt the need to fiddle the books. They used to be my second team and I was chuffed for them in the early days of their success but I wouldn't spit on them if they were on fire these days.
