Bongo, it does get easier the more you do, not so much the familiarity of the people your speaking to, you get used to standing up and speaking out. I've lost count of the number of presentations I've done now, but I have travelled to the Far East, North Africa, Eastern Europe and even Iceland (the country, not the shop!) and taught people South America, Middle East and South Africa in our home offices. The hardest part was keeping bums on seats of the visiting customers, as most of them come over to ask questions of different departments, or to go on shopping trips in London. Once you have covered two or three presentations, even being interrupted by random questions doesn't phase you. Confidence in knowing what you are talking about is the key.
