You do come out with some rubbish, he's only 22, had a brilliant season last season(scoring seven from midfield) and £1.5m is an absolute steal.
I'd be very happy with this. I'd be really surprised if we don't run into competition for his signature. 1.5m is nowt for young hungry goalscoring midfielder who's composed on the ball and can pick a pass.

It's not the team he's come from it's the player himself. We're just over half a season into completely changing our football philosophy, we've had lot of square pegs in round holes, most of which have just been released. We need players with the right strengths to play our style of football and he'd is a much better suit then the likes of Gardner. He would improve our squad immensely. It's early in the market and we need to fill out our squad with young home grown players who can play the football that's been asked of them. He would be a great signing. Just learnt this has come from the Fail so probably a non starter anyway but I really hope this grows legs. Cardiff to release a statement today regarding this story.

I have to agree with OLM. Jordan Mutch at £1.5m is a great signing. One of the only Cardiff players I would have, plus he's a big unit too. Great deal if correct, though you would be pissed off as a Cardiff fan if he left for that kind of pittance.
I don't get the lambert one! They get rid of Carroll because he didn't fit in with their playing style and then they buy RL! I think they might be getting a few in before the goofy one jumps ship!
