Yup, there were said to be coming out of the Summer Budget. The expected budget would have been smaller than the promotion bonus but still part of it.

In saying that i also dont remember seeing anything to indicate that we actually have a summer budget.
Did not the Allamsd state that every SB transfer would be dealt with on its own merits ?
