I don't think you can drop him, he's scored a shed load for us. This season in particular, he's scored nearly all of his goals from the CM position as opposed to AM.
 
I wouldn't drop Nolan for the starting line up unless he's on crutches but after the last 2 games being able to put an attacking midfielder no at 70-80mins makes sense Ireland is not the name that comes to mind but if the price is right...
 
Ireland hasn't been good for a while now, Nolan is currently one of the leading scorers in the PL. I know he doesn't offer much else, but he gets himself in the right places and is a big influence on our team as a whole. We need him.
