Even though i do hope we can get Henrique and his work permit is granted I really hope we are looking at other options in terms of more proven players as we cannot rely on him on his own.

    from Ian Taylor on twitter

For all those asking, Henrique deal is off, not that we ever reported it was on! Work permit an issue. #QPR #itsonlyofficialwhenitsofficial

How can that be? Surely we were assured that this was a done deal, and that the work permit was granted last week?

Just heard, they used a middleman, Fido Redknapp. He ate the permit...

Some fans suggested getting a work permit would be an issue when our approach was announced last week. Then surely the club knew this? Why pursue in that case? Hoping there is a bit more to it.

The problem with QPR is that we have too many ITK 'donuts' who spread all this unfounded B###### around and it causes nothing but confusion and upset.

They are like a disease to our club with all the ‘Done Deals’ and ‘I’ve heard’ rubbish.

They are now making our club having to give out statements to reassure fans about deals and non-deals.
I have always said that these ITK are sad desperate people wanting attention and wish they would f### ### and get a life.

You should all do what I Taylor says and just go with the 'Offy'

    Following on from Ian Taylor......

There is no room for appeal. Six man panel turned it down. Needed a majority verdict. #QPR #Henrique

No room to appeal? We have over a week to put a case to them.

Sounds like its because all six rejected it? Rather than maybe 3 or 4 of them?

It doesnt matter, all 6 were going to reject it anyway. for it to be accepted he has to play 75% of his countries games in the last 2 years and be in the top 75 in the world rankings.

We knew it would fail, we knew only an appeal would have had a chance to succeed.

What i mean is maybe the rules state that if all 6 reject it there is no right of appeal? Im only guessing, as otherwise we should appeal but i sounds like we cant.

No rules like that, we can appeal but we have said there is no time. But we have a week so I think were either making a cock up of paladini proportions or weve changed our mind about signing him.

I hope we havent spent all our time on this signing. Would be a major cock up if we have.

I am 'light' just saying that rumours/hearsay has caused many problems througout history. When our PR chap needs to waste time writing to fans not to believe anything until it's on the 'Offy' how is that
? All it does is cause confusion amongst fans.

I think we sould all read this:

Watford, thanks for that insight. Helped me turn from livid, incandescent fury to just really annoyed, thinking of the tens of thousands of people here contributing nothing to the economy of the UK
