We are being used as an offshore TAX dodge and we are being used to offset the TAX liabilities against the profitable parts of the group. We are loss making and each year that goes by he adds the losses against he debts we owe him! He basically needs us to make a loss so that he can write this off against the TAX liabilities of his other companies. We are not a football club anymore we are a TAX shelter.
