As there is obviously not much top flight football on this weekend the Journalist's have to earn there crust somehow. The headline tells a different story than the one published beneath. I carnt see any quotes where it says he "wants" a move. :emoticon-0149-no:

http://www.footylatest.com/sunderlands-gyan-wants-man-utd-move/20227

lazy journalism i hope, but its been documented that his boyhood club was man utd, and if it means that by coming to safc the grand plan is to orchestrate a move to old trafford, it means that he will have to be playing well and that is to the benefit of safc. he probably will leave one day but not for a while so it means all safc supportert get to see the man wearing red and white.and long may it last.

on the other point, i didnt realise wellbeck could also play for ghana, so if he did so and bruce manages to sign him it is possible safc would have the ghanas strikeforce, along with mensah and muntari, the implications of this are massive as that is a big step towards cracking the african market

gary speed has never played better, never looked fitter, never been older. sir bobby robson

He was quoted as saying this earlier in the week, can't remember if it was the Echo or one of the tabliods but that article is taking it out of context.

I think what he was saying is that as a kid he idolised Man Utd and it would have been his dream move but lets be honest, you could say that about 99% of every footballer couldn't you?

He seems quite happy at Sunderland, he's surrounded by a few of his fellow countrymen, scoring goals for fun so i'm not too concerned about what some lazy journo is saying.
